We are a building company specialising in home renovations on Sydney’s North Shore.
Our company was founded by Anthony Lee, a qualified Carpenter and Licenced Builder who will bring to your renovation, decades of experience in attending to client’s needs, overseeing tradespeople, liaising with surveyors, engineers, council inspectors, private certifiers and managing suppliers. He has a wealth of knowledge and skills in domestic renovation having worked on a wide range of domestic projects for decades.
A J Lee Building Services has chosen to specialise in home renovations on the North Shore (both the Upper North Shore and Lower North Shore) including ground-level extensions, outdoor entertainment areas including decks and pergolas and smaller works including wall openings, beam installations and gable repairs.
When you engage us to renovate your home, you will be working directly with Anthony throughout, from the initial on-site visit through to when your project is complete.
Anthony is friendly and approachable and on-site daily which enables him to inform you of the progress of your project, any decisions that you need to make and discuss any concerns you may have.

HIA Membership
We are members of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) which means that we are bound by the HIA National Code of Ethics. Anthony attends practical, industry-based, professional development training offered by HIA, to update his technical skills on a regular basis.
Quotation
We will provide you with a detailed quotation based on our on-site meeting and the plans and specifications provided by you.
Contract
On acceptance of the quotation, we will provide you with a contract for signing which outlines the terms of delivery and payment terms. The previously provided information including design plans, specifications and engineers details and our quotation will form part of the contract.
Insurances
We are fully insured for workers' compensation, public liability insurance and are eligible to purchase Home Warranty Insurance for your project, which is required to be purchased where the contract price exceeds $20,000.
