Anthony Lee is the Director and the licenced supervisor of A J Lee Building Services Pty Ltd.

Skills and Experience
Anthony entered the building industry as an apprentice Carpenter in 1979 and then gained his Contractors Licence as a Carpenter in 1982. After working as a sole trader, he studied further and acquired his Builders Licence in 1992 and continued to operate as a sole trader until 2004 when the company A J Lee Building Services Pty Ltd was formed.
Anthony has had a wealth of experience in the domestic renovation industry and has also had exposure to some light commercial projects.

Technical know-how
With over thirty years of knowledge and experience gained in reading and interpreting plans, understanding regulations, collaborating with engineers, selecting and organising materials, co-ordinating and working with the multitude of trades involved in a home renovation and working on-site daily as the site supervisor and carpenter, Anthony is well versed in the technicalities of home renovation.
Anthony also regularly attends industry events and courses to update his technical skills.

Written Contract
When you accept our quotation, we will use the previously provided design plans, specifications and engineers details, A J Lee Building Services' quotation along with a HIA Contract to form the written contract.
Insurance
A J Lee Building Services Pty Ltd are fully insured for workers compensation, public liability insurance and are eligible to purchase Home Warranty Insurance for your project, which is required to be purchased where the contract price exceeds $20,000.
